Publix accepts 1 store/competitor coupon (SQ/CQ) AND 1 manufacturer coupon (MQ) on each item. They will NOT accept both a store AND competitior on an item.
If you live in a TRUE BOGO STATE (such as Florida), you will buy one item and get the second item for free. In Florida, when you buy that one item you can use up to 2 SQ/CQ & 2 MQ because you are buying 2 items.
