BOGO explained

BOGO: Buy ONE Get ONE FREE explained

In TRUE BOGO states, such as Florida, if you buy ONE item you get ONE item Free. So it’s basically like getting both items for the price of one. In Florida, you have to buy both items to get one for free. In the other states, the item is just 50% off.

In Florida: For example lets say a jar of Pasta Sauce is $3.00 and it’s on sale BOGO.

You buy 2 = $3.00.

Since you bought (2) pasta sauce, use up to (2) store/competitor coupons & (2) manufaccturer coupons on that one item you are paying for.

BOGO scenerio in Florida:

$3.00 for 2 jars of Pasta Sauce on BOGO sale

- $1.00(two .50 cents off Publix store coupon)

- $1.50(two .75 cents off manufacturer coupon)

=$0.50 cents for 2 jars of pasta sauce (.25 cents each)

Instead of paying $6.00 for two jars of Pasta Sauce, wait for them to go on sale and use your coupons to maximize your savings. With coupons and the sale you spend only .50 cents instead of $6. That’s a 90% savings!! If you happen to have a BOGO coupon you would then get both items FREE-FREE!!!

In other states if you use a BOGO coupon on a BOGO item, then you buy one item at 50% off and get the second item free!!
